So here we are: The Family Camping Trip.

A 3-hour drive to the campsite! It’s unpowered! (No heat) It’s averaging around 10-15 degrees at the minute which means low overnight! We’ve only got the one car to take all the stuff in! I’m feeling around 90% as I seem to have a mild cold. Normally a non issue, but currently, this appears to be affecting my foot’s function. More swelling and coldness than usual, and that’s before spending the next 48-hours outside in the cold. The site is next to a river (awesome…. muddy), and also next to the beach! (Oh joy-of-joys! Sand!!! My arch Fk*&g enemy.)
